We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks before your event, especially during summer. However, we often accommodate last-minute requests — just call us.

Is delivery and setup included?

Yes. All rentals include delivery, professional installation, and pickup within our service radius (50 miles). Longer distances may incur a delivery fee — we’ll quote it upfront.

What power source do the systems require?

Most portable misting fans run on standard 110V power. High-pressure systems may require a dedicated 20A circuit. Our team will advise when quoting your event.

Will the mist make everything wet?

No — Big Fogg high-pressure systems atomize water into fine particles (less than 10 microns) that evaporate before contacting surfaces, cooling the air without wetting guests or furniture.

Do you rent for single-day events?

Absolutely. We offer flexible rental periods from one day to multi-month installations for seasonal restaurant patios and permanent facilities.
